Want to change information in the school/district system?

Parents/Guardians now have the ability to update the following personal information via HAC:

• Guardian phone numbers and email addresses –This is the specific guardian information only. They cannot update this data for another guardian or emergency contact person.
• Student Phone numbers  and email addresses – This is specific to the students where they are identified as the guardian.
• FERPA restrictions – The guardian can update FERPA information for the students where they are identified as the guardian.
• Medical Emergency Information – This is the doctor, hospital and insurance information for the students where they are identified as the guardian.
